If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Virginia resident, subject to certain limitations under applicable law, you may have the right to (1) request access to personal information we have collected about you; (2) request that we provide a copy of your personal information in a portable format; (3) request that we correct your personal information that is inaccurate; (4) request that we delete your personal information; (5) request to opt out of the sale of your personal information; (6) request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes; or (7) request to opt out of the processing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

If you have previously submitted a request and received our response, you also may appeal our prior decision by selecting the “Appeal a Decision” option below and completing and submitting this form.
