Helping Hungry Homes^® – Putting nutritious food on tables in need
As a global food company, it just makes sense for us to focus many of our community involvement efforts on feeding the hungry. We created our Helping Hungry Homes initiative to do just that.

Learners to Leaders^® – Inspiring minds to strengthen communities
We believe education is a key to strong, growing communities. Our Learners to Leaders national education alliance provides learning opportunities for those who may not otherwise have them.

The Smithfield-Luter Foundation – Giving back to our employees and their families
The Smithfield-Luter Foundation provides scholarships for the children and grandchildren of employees. It supports other valuable education initiatives in our communities as well.
